Last Tuesday evening I spoke to the men of the Maranatha Mens Ministry on the topic of being a dad and struggling with the pulling of career and the priority of family. Balance is not achievable nor Biblical, but rather we need to follow our priorities and we need to be men of our word. Attached below are the slides of the presentation.

Is it possible to argue without sinning? Can you engage in Godly arguing?
You may be surprised by the answers. There are kinds of arguments that just need to be avoided. There are also ways to engage in legitimate arguments with a sinful attitude, method, behavior motives. But Paul told Timothy he needed to verbally confront people causing quarrels in local churches, as long as he followed Paul’s requirement that the arguing be gentle, patient, kind and gracious. - necessary steps in making life and lifestyle decisions,
- what questions always need to be asked and answered, and
- how you identify God’s guidance through his Holy Spirit and through circumstances.
